i think i speak on behalf of everyone... you sir are an idiot there are many of us that are developers, not all of us are C developers, many are visual basic developers, on another point we never stated we were professionals, and who are you to say that we are not developers because we didnt reply to one thread, im a self taught programmer, i havent done a course in it, you are the one that needs to work harder, because you seem to be in need of an attitude reajustment just because we didnt answer your problem which i might add you should learn to work it out yourself seeing how your the one meant to be doing your own coursework doesnt mean we dont know anything. developers dont know everything, no-one knows everything, no-one will ever know everything and if you have any sence you will not declare that if you are a professional developer therefore you know everything about the language and how to do everything, when you graduate you wont be able to hold on to the "im still a student" act and if someone asks you a question you dont know (dont fool yourself it will happen) i expect you will be more sympathetic. </end rant>

no offence mate but if you don't even know anything about it yourself... what gives you the right to go off at others who don't know either? Just because they program, doesn't mean they d**n well know everything about it =\

Bluetooth dev kit. 842 million hits on it right? -nope... kind of makes you wonder why. Most likely. Its because its not a very big technology yet. Then lets limit it down to a new program language. C#.
Not a devloper by any means. Working on C# a bit as I go through so DB admin work. But looking through my numerous books on the subject, not a one mentions bluetooth. Sorry.

well... i think i respect all what you people have said , yes trully its a new technology .. related to a new language.... but i was upset becuase im looking for a solution for weeks with no results... i respect your ideas EXECPT for that little "Alexander" thing.... and this is for him... first of all you said br] "we never stated we were professionals" if you are not a professional then why are you replying ... i was talking to the professionals not to some one who read two programming books in his life !! "i might add you should learn to work it out yourself " are you that idiot man!! asking how to do something is the first way in learning ...and that what im doing . "developers dont know everything" and who said they do !! i was surprised that between all these developers no body knows . "when you graduate you wont be able to hold on to the "im still a student" act and if someone asks you a question you dont know (dont fool yourself it will happen) i expect you will be more sympathetic." OH ...man i didnt know that ! who are you to give lessons ?? CONCLUSION br]DONT TALK WHEN NO BODY ASKED YOU "AS YOU ARE NOT A PRO...AND SELF TOUGHT OR WHAT EVER YOU CALLED YOUR SELF... AND DONT TALK IN OTHERS' SHOES.... Mulham

inspiredmh br] underlying conclusion: don't argue if you don't have the grammar to backup the foundation of your argument. You have to respect that this is not a programming forum, its just a sideline of a irc/irc scripting community. There are lots of other forums where you can get a quick and indepth reply. Alex br] "i think i speak on behalf of everyone..." You most certainly do not. You go on about how he should change his attitude, maybe it should go the other way; you shouldnt pounce, insult and rant as soon as someone passes judgment

lmao!
ermm first thing some of us have jobs to go to, work long hrs and do vb/c#/etc for a hobby and we mite like to share our stuff among ourselfs, so what gives u the right to say we cant programme when u have just joined this bored and made very little posts, and know very little about us. i have known alot of thease guys for years and can i just tell you that THEY CAN CODE so take your attitude to anouther board.

andrew when he exclaims that because we dont know that one thing none of us are developers i found it insulting, and i have every right to be mad when he smeers the people on here who do give there free time to help people like him. mulham when you pass judgement you should respect the fact that no-one here gets paid for what they do and they do it only out of kindness (or boredom ) and in my personal opinion, anyone who makes a judgement that if someone doesnt know what he wants to know doesnt deseve to be called a developer he deserves everything he can get, if he didnt get answers here there are plenty of other developer forums he could ask rather then stay to launch a personal attack on the people who do give there free time here my opinion is perfectly justified mulham, if you couldnt find your answers in one place you do like everyone else and move on to somewhere else, not stay to insult those who dont have the answers, mabie if you want what you would call professional support you could go to a place like rentacoder and pay someone to help you with this unusual topic, i expect theres plenty of coders there with much more experience then us ahh again with more insults... just because im still learning in c# doesnt mean that im not a professional in another area, dont assume that because im not as profound in the same area as you that i have no knowledge at all. im not an idiot, asking how to do it isnt the only way of working things out, you could read datasheets on bluetooth, contact the manufacturers about developer intergration and ask them for support.... well you said that as we couldnt answer that single question that we needed to work harder and learn something that makes us developers, your saying that because we didnt know the answer we arnt developers because we didnt know that, therefore your stating that for someone to be a developer they must know everything you want to know otherwise they havent learned enough to be qualified. you because i dont happen to like being insulted or see other people suffer the same fate sorry if you dont agree with my comments andrew but as far as mulhams comments go i wasnt going to stand idle while he slated into everyone for not knowing his answer, i feel that my replies are entirely justified and stick by what ive said. mulham, well after i posted the first comments i did consider helping you to solve the dispute cause im not one for arguing but after what youve said above ive no reason to retract anything ive said, i had spoken with a friend of mine who knows how to work with bluetooth though he codes vb but there are vb to c++ / c# converters about so there might have been an answer but now im too fed up and annoyed to bother, ive got enough stress in my life without needing to add to it, and talking in others shoes is called empathy its a good thing to have
