I have not been programming very long 2 years max I was into mIRC scripting for a long time before that. As far as programming for msn, irc.msn.com was nothing to program for and when msn started the activex control is was just as simple because there was public access to the methods in the control it wasnt till 4.0 they started to make it protected/private. In addition theres no reason to boast about how long you have been programming or on msn hell if you've been on msn since the beginning I feel sorry for you cause you need to get away from the it an find something better to do with your time than programming for chat. I don't know about JJ but AG is a good programmer and theres a dam good explaination for it HE HAS BEEN DOING IT FOR 20 OR SO YEARS! lol. Alex your a good programmer I'll give ya that but you don't program anything other than chat related things., theres nothing wrong with getting help with things I myself have gotten help thats what forums are usually made for

trail & error, plus tutorials, plus asking for help sometimes will help you out alot when u get stuck in problems......first try trail n error when that doesn't get u anywhere try looking for tutorials on what ur trying to do read thru step by step maybe that will help, then if that doesn't ask one of ur friends or post on msg board....we are not all human walking programming guru's Kube, Master, _bathroom_, moogman, Swifty, Alex,JJ thats all i can remember from back n da day that programed bot clients.... ;D

Well, Since the thread is so far off topic now anyway br] - Everyone who even tweaks a download starts somewhere. - Hail to the experts: AG, JJ, OZZY & Ozzy, Rumbaar, etc - Thank God for those who can/will explain and help in "layman's" terms. What is interesting here br]- that people who brag they make these programs, whine in such a way about uninstallers. If you can write a bot/script, I'd think you could figure out how to delete something if uninstaller doesn' t work. - wouldn't something like: DOM-XT uninstaller doesn' t seem to work with Me OS ... have been nicer? Anyway, Happy Holidays, [glow=yellow,2,300]Cal[/glow]

You know, that is not a bad Idea loon, a quote thread. And not just for those that are off the wall brilliant. We could give the Fisher Award for dumbest comment and so on.

If i had been programming for 20 odd years i would have written it in C/C++, or hell even Assembely ;D Given that during that 20 years you decided to become proficient in one of those languages.
