I don't think mIRC can write to dll's and no it wouldn't be smart anyway. Just use the traditional hash, ini or var

no it is not possible to write to a dll... and why would you want to write to a dll thats just plain dum... when you can just write to a ini, txt or a hash table. just my opinion

Yes, it is entirely possible to write to a DLL...whoever said it wasnt possible sux...
/write bleh.dll sausage
see, makes a DLL with the content "sausage"
so, you can write to a DLL, and i suppose you could use what you write to it, but that's just plain dumb.. :\
ps. i might not be sure what ur talking about =)

writing to a file with a .dll behind it is the same as writing to a file with .elf behind it, there is no use :-\ what he wants is embedding the ownerkey in a dll (probably because he heard dll's can make processes run faster) ... and I can't say it is impossible, but I tend to think it is ... and saying it isn't possible doesn't mean u suck ... it means someone else have read the question better than u did

you can use dll to store things just like a text file, you can use any file type to do anything you want
$read(bleh.dll) will work just as good as $read(bleh.txt)
in previous scripts i have used like .nx for my .MRC files and .od for data and stuff, it works for me =\
