I doubt Bill Gates is all that responsible.
MSN Chat (Ibelieve Ender posted this elsewhere) is contracted out. Bill does not play a part in the events that unfold on MSN Chat. Technically, all of MSN is a seperate branch than Microsoft, and handled by a different section.
Anyone read Dilbert? It's like Marketing, Engineering, and Human Resources.
You don't see the people in HR marketing the product, and marketing building it, right? Each seperate entity runs with it's own staff, and it's own bosses. Bill Gates I am sure is more into the executive side of Microsoft, over coming down into the lower branches like Chats, Groups, Messenger, and the like.
Besides... anyone here know what PDC is? They aren't even directly MSN, and they maintain the US chats.
Make some sense?

Draconis is right. Each section of MSN and Microsoft is run by different people and a boss/manager is hired for each section of the company.

i have to admit something........
it's all becouse of me
see i went to redmond washington with this huge petition saying that i wanted msn chats to be a pay to chat site......... and the accountants were there..... and they were like........ hell yeah......... so it happened.....
I think it's not my fault, but the God's fault for giving me such charming ways.
