If you cheap like me you will want a freeware enviroment for programming, Ive found a free one which is looking better all the time, and best thing is its open source like openoffice , it does VB.NET (code based) Java, and C# (code and window based) Its Called SharpDevelop. www.icsharpcode.net/OpenSource/SD/Default.aspx

Good program but i had problems with it a while ago where it wouldn't compile the examples it comes with ;D
