whoops, i would fix it but it would take me forever coz i would hve to resize the whole template, slice the template, and upload the images/files 1 by 1 and theres like 40 so it would take forever, guess i should have checked it out before i added all those things.

Well, if you chop the metal bars on each side by half, and got rid of the large white areas on each side, I think you'll find it would just fit.
Anywayz, I'd recommend changing the font colour under the News & Updates section on your main page. It's black and has a gradient background. Its hard to read. Maybe try white because if you have a news article which is long, it'll lead into the black part of the gradient and will be impossible to read.

I didnt check the source of your page..... but cant you just change the table layouts?
Or are you using white graphics for the white space on the sides?

the white nits are the extra background, as in they are just the background colour, i'm not really sure how to create a 800x600 page in dreamweaver, i'm not good with coding but i am with images.

well...depends on what you are using to make the template(using tables or "I am Mr. w3c and use CSS for all non-tabular layout functions" ) But if you are tables set width="755" (755 is a good number... align it center.... use css for body bgcolor white. so itll put white for the area around the sides of your tables that is centered Ah....Sorry. typing this all up while I work so might have some repeats in there.

Mine's set to 740 pixels just to be on the safe side, but meh I guess you could go with Cope's 755 pixels

your tagboard/shoutbox also gets the right part cut off a bit.
