i would like to add a mdx pass catcher to my switch bar ( normal mirc one ) and i can get it in there but it covers up my switch bar buttons ie, status, channel, so if some one has a tutorial or sumthing any help would be great thankz

Yeh that is 1 problem and its called a toolbar. You cant do anything except not have it. When I wanna add stuff to popups I use br] Toolbar .Load:/load -rs Toolbar.mrc .Unload:/unload -rs Toolbar.mrc | run $mircexe

or use alias
alias close { dialog -c name name }
alias open { dialog -m name name }
/close
/open

lazer, when you make aliases like that, name them like
mdxpc.close mdx.pc.open
dont name them so obvious things because there is a good chance they will clash with other aliases,
i have written aliases for mIRC called close and open, that can be used anywhere, for a particular pupose, give them a unique name.

well the idea ov useing alias like that is to have short letters :/ but that was an example any way :/
