Ahh, favorites bands, no problem:
Everclear Smashing Pumpkins Green Day (pre-Nimrod) The Ataris (pre-MTV :: Eww..) Nine Inch Nails (NIN) Twelve Stones Evanesence (not fad, I liked them before DareDevil =P) Counting Crows Zwan (some Zwan is great) Linkin Park Three Doors Down.. Lifehouse.. Finger Eleven
That's just a small list, really it is. I like pretty much anything from Anime or Video Game soundtracks (for the most part). Classical music, Emo/Trance, ect.
Tek? You like Good Charlotte? Watch out, Toni might kill you. But they went to the same High School as I did when I was still in school. They lived down in Southern Maryland; I've met them a few times and old friends of mine still hang out with them. Toni hates them with a passion, I thought their first album was okay (catchy). Second one was a little overboard. =\

Lets see here... - Nickelback in their pre-world known club days (perk to being from Vancouver area, I guess)
- Evanescence (funny how most people who like this band have only heard 2 songs... and have no clue what Amy and Ben even look like... for the record, Amy is a Goddess, and Ben is a goof )
- 12 Stones (Paul is awesome... and his parents are beyond cool, to the point of talking about a road trip to Michigan just to join me at the concert on the 3rd... oh, and David, 2nd album is almost done... lemme know when you're ready for a sample)
- Saron Gas (changed names to Seether after signing with Wind-Up)
- American pearl (band went their own ways after their first album)
- U2
- Garth Brooks (yeah, go ahead and laugh... but until you've seen him live, you don't know sh!t)
- Big Dismal (album comes out tomorrow, got sent it a week ago... Amy sings on track 6)
- Tantric, even though Hugo is a drunk
- Fuel
- Puddle Of Mudd
- The Eagles
- Eric Clapton
- Bushx (Bush to you Americans, but the CD I got of 16Stone has them labelled as Bushx, apparently because there was already a "Bush" in Canada with that name)
- Disturbed
- Godsmack
- Linkin Park
- Metallica (who is amazingly still going, even as an MTV Icon, and getting loud again)
- Rob Zombie (not White Zombie... just Rob Zombie... as the band, they were too techno for my taste)
- Will Smith (I mean, "I think I can beat Mike Tyson" was a classic)
- Wierd Al (if he counts)
- The Doors
- I would list Days Of The New here, but it got a lot harder to appreciate the music after meeting Travis and finding out how much of an a§§hole he is. So in their place, I guess I'll list Creed Pre-Human Clay (when shows cost $5, and it was nothing to run into Mark or Scott or Flip after the show... and before Scott got into his "pass out during a concert" stage)
Long enough list to start?

You could just keep on going couldn't ya? By the way.. /me notices a clear absence of the Deftones anywhere.. Just got their new album (I'll appreciate it if someone could tell me what it's called.. it has no title for it anywhere on / in the album..), I'd recommend it to anyone into music of that style
