Ok, open your kick list in the shadow folder. Most likely you will find an entry that looks like *!*@*$* or just a * or an extra blank line or something similar. Delete this entry. If you do not find the entry, try renaming the kicklist.dat file to kick.old. Then open notepad, and save the blank document to kicklist.dat in the etc folder of your shadow directory.
As for connecting, make a copy of your etc folder, then remove all traces of shadowFX. Then unzip the fixed version fresh. After your connecting, You can replace your lists from the copy of the etc folder.

seems ur porb is that every time u connect to chat u r downloading a fresh chat control and it is overwriting ur shadow ocx! Check to see if chat control is unplugged in the downlod folder! And wot windows r u running? Also go to techgear downloads and try the ocx reg and unreg tool see if that helps!
