The facts are, that the Msn Code Of Conduct does not state that mass room creating is not allowed. The option to make as many chatrooms as you want is there, and if MSN wanted there to be a limit to how many rooms you can make - it would be put in the code of conduct, or something would be put in place to prevent it. So as of yet, there is nothing saying that it is against the Msn code of conduct.
Edit = And on top of that, it has become clear that most Guides don't read the MSN code of conduct, and fob you off with useless information.

no, I dont think XT has a MSN Community. I think Loon means the MSN Chat Team. If you want the link type /credits in webchat. (http://www.chat.msn.com)

The violation is not the creating of so many rooms, it is the method of creation (3rd party connection, non industry browser). So yes it is a violation on what they use to do it, but not result.

As was said on the MSN Chat Team forum (I think it was by Loon):
"I have made 100 rooms." versus "I have used a mass room creation script to make 100 rooms. "
First one is against violation and the second is not. It depends on how you say it. And it depends on which sysop, guide, or even administrator you get that'll determine if you live or die (kill or be killed). Some Sysops don't have a problem with it, others if they find out that you were using a third party client (eg: Version, Finger, CTCPs) ...you're busted and don't have to say a thing.

I hear many people on these forums, and many people that work for MSN chat saying that using "3rd party connections" is against the Msn code of conduct. Why then, is that not added into the actual conduct officially? As far as I can see it is not an 'official' violation as of yet, because it does not currently state that the use of a 3rd party connection is violating their Code of conduct.

..in the german version of the CoC it is stated like "the use of 3rd party client that can cause harm to other users is not allowed".. ..so like ender said, a question of interpretation again.

Spook, maybe they were just too lazy to add it in to the CoC Seriously though, you're right.. it's not allowed, but it isnt stated "officially".. unless you consider the word of Sysops official (which when thinking about it, is right..) Wow, I just went in a little circle
