is there way of like expanding the dialog to fill the screen, and also like the webbrowser window fills to the right size and the controls stay in the correct place

you mean opening to a certain size when it opens? or like from when its allready open. p.s good luck with the vb your doing well

like in ie when you click maximize all the controls expand ps. ty ;D

That would maximize the form, but how about the webbrowser object? wb.FullScreen = True Didnt do anything (I tried, i dont think it has the Windowstate bit)

no you need to have code in the form_resize to set the web browser objects size
like
web1.left = 0 web1.top = 0 web1.width = me.width web1.height = me.height
or web1.Move 0,0,me.width,me.height
