A farmer and his hired help were carrying grain to the barn. The farmer carried one sack of grain and the hired help carried two sacks. Who carried the heavier load and why?

Depends on how full each bag was with grain??
and if all three bags of grain was the same size of bag?
EDIT= NO. I was wrong, actually the farmer was with the heaviest load, cause he had the atual grain, the hired hand had to lil sacks, with nothing in them;)
hehehe

some of the best riddles are the ones you can think up by yourself. At least that way you know if they are looking up the answer on the web or just really thinking for themselves. lol
