i asked vicky and her response for this is that hosts are requred to check certain users profiles and since those profiles may contain material for adults they cannot allow minors to be host and would not only be illegal in the US but morally wrong. that is if you believe in moralls

well i wasnt, the whole thing about this topic was test rooms being closed, their not msn rooms and all thats happened above is non msn moderated rooms

Well I just hope that Sysop Gail or anotehr sysop doesn't do a /who on your IP and see your in the XTTR as Kick test dummy and in a MSN +r Room as a host....

And I'm guessing those two computers run on completely different IP Subnets? You know Dark... ISP's tend to keep all the IP's in their service somewhat the same (or at least grouped). It wouldn't be *that* hard to figure it out... unless you happened to have those 2 computers plugged into two completely different Service Providers... in which case MSN can simply petition the Providers on the grounds of lying under contract (yes, when you become a host with MSN, you are placed under contract... been that way for several years now, and sfaik has not yet changed).
